For Service Crew: No prior F&B experience is necessary; we welcome eager learners and provide comprehensive training!
For Assistant Restaurant Manager: Proven experience in F&B operations (3 - 5 years), with prior supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of restaurant management principles (e.g., staff scheduling, basic inventory, cash handling).
Responsibilities

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, from greeting to seating and throughout their visit.
Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and accurately take and process orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Specific Responsibilities (Based on Role):
For Service Crew: Focus on direct guest interaction, order taking, serving, and maintaining dining area cleanliness. Actively upsell and recommend menu items.
For Assistant Restaurant Manager: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to brand standards. Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow. Handle administrative duties, inventory control for front-of-house, and assist in all aspects of outlet management to drive sales and profitability.
Benefits

Junior Service Crew: RM2500

Senior Service Crew (2-5 years): RM3000 - 3500

Assistant Manager (>3 years): RM4000 - RM4500
