Job Description
The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the preschool, handling office administration, parent communication, basic accounting, school purchases and school logistics. This role ensures smooth coordination between the teaching team, school leadership, and parents, contributing to a well-organised and nurturing environment.
Can work independently, good working attitude, able to work well with all levels of staff and management, possess initiative, able to follow instructions
