Your Mission!
Relationship Builder: Foster strong, lasting connections with key decision-makers and influencers.
Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and engage new clients in the consumer financing industry, creating strategies that open doors to new business.
Market Expert: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends, monitor competitors, and spot new growth opportunities.
Negotiation Guru: Lead successful negotiations, ensuring both sides win while closing high-impact deals.
Sales Dynamo: Craft and deliver tailored sales pitches that directly address the needs of prospective clients.
Team Player: Work closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction.

What You Bring:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales industry.
Negotiation & Communication Skills: You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to close those big deals.
Agile and eager to stay competitive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as an SME Relationship Manager will be an added advantage.
