We’re looking for a proactive Business Relationship Officer to support our onboarding and customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face (F2F)

Conducting Customer and Corporate Due Diligence (CDD)

Managing onboarding and corporate account approvals

Executing Welcome Calls and sending onboarding emails

Performing Renewal Calls to ensure continued engagement

Scheduling onboarding slots and providing portal training

Acting as the main liaison between customers/corporates and internal teams

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification

1–3 years of experience in customer service, telesales, onboarding, or admin/general clerk roles

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills

Based in Kuala Lumpur

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of customer onboarding and CDD processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and customer handling skills

A customer-first and solutions-oriented mindset
