Requirements

Excellent command of Mandarin/Cantonese
Certificate/ Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent
Min 1 years’ experience in admin or clerical work is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities

Handle general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
Answer phone calls and respond to emails Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting minutes
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchasing needs
Prepare simple reports, invoices, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
Any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time
