Job Description

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Manufacturing
1–2 years of working experience in a production or coordination role (experience in footwear is an advantage) .
Candidate without experience also encourage to apply
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
Liaise with production supervisors, planners, and warehouse teams to meet production targets and deadlines
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and update production status reports
Ensure raw materials and components are prepared and delivered to the production line on time
Follow up on job orders, output tracking, and troubleshoot delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of production output, rejection, and downtime
Assist in preparing production documents such as job sheets, labels, and material checklists
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure products meet required standards
Support production planning and scheduling based on customer orders
Report any machine breakdowns or manpower shortages to the production head
