At least Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Tools.
Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
A team-player. Motivated and display excellent interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and thorough in task execution.
Knowledge of corporate employee benefits programs and/or dental services is an added advantage.
Responsibilities

Job Description

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events to promote Dr Clear Aligners Group’s products.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, guest lists, and promotional materials.
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and claims.
Maintain and update appointment calendars to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide professional support to customers and partner clinics before, during, and after appointments, ensuring a positive experience.
Process and reconcile invoices with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring proper inventory management and replenishment.
Handle administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining organized records for events, finances, and marketing activities.
Manage the client database through the MyDenPlan platform/website.
