Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Culinary Arts.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with a commercial food manufacturing company and International Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred.
Understanding on compliance of food safety standard such as ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL requirements is beneficial.
Willing to work on Saturday and any other duties as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities

Develop new product and product improvement that meet customer expectations and profit targets.
Establish product information eg. product spec, nutritional, shelf life, SOP, Halal submission document, and product cost review.
Conduct key ingredients evaluation and develop effective applications based on customers’ requirements and within customers' development schedule.
Conduct sensory evaluation on supplier sample and new product sample.
Responsible for understanding culinary trends and delivering new and innovative products that meet customer needs.
Communicate with customers on product development, product improvement, product related and technical support.
Understand customer brand and work closely with Business Development to develop new products to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with inter-department eg. Procurement, Production, QA and QC to meet product quality.
