Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR practices.
Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software for efficient data management and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Experience in developing and implementing performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Ability to handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and advising management on necessary actions to maintain legal compliance.
Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, promoting a positive and fair work environment.
Administer the performance management system, including facilitating performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and working with managers to develop performance improvement plans, driving employee development and productivity.
Maintain and update the HRIS system with accurate employee data, generating reports and analyzing trends to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives, and effectively communicated to all employees.
Coordinate employee training and development programs, identifying training needs, sourcing training providers, and tracking employee progress, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees, and resolving any related issues.
Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness programs, fostering a positive and engaged workforce.
