Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities

Develop engaging content in Bahasa Malaysia for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to promote motorcycle brands and dealership services.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos, including editing and post-production, to enhance content effectiveness and brand image.
Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, aligning content with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content innovation and improvement.
Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering customer engagement and addressing inquiries.
