Requirements

Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Admin, or a related field.
Multi-tasking, able to handle admin works
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in using accounting systems and software.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Basic understanding of account management principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time and commute to the onsite location in Batu Caves.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the company's accounting procedures.
Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation, both physical and electronic.
Provide administrative support to the admin department, including filing, data entry
