Requirements

The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen only.
Proficiency in Mandarin language is required.
This position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2 years of design experience (internship or freelance work also considered).
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Requires skills: Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Photography, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Indesign, Communication
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to take feedback constructively and meet tight deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Passion for design, branding, and storytelling.
Basic photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities

Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team at Dunlopillo. In this role, you will support the Senior Graphic Designer in developing visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across both B2C and B2B channels. From digital campaigns to print materials, you will help bring our product stories and innovations to life.

Assist in the development of design materials for online and offline channels, including brochures, social media graphics, digital banners, point-of-sale materials, advertisements, packaging, and internal branding.
Adapt and resize creative assets across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Support in ideation and concept creation for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to refine design briefs, layouts, and final artwork.
Participate in photoshoots, product styling, and content production as needed.
Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with vendors or printers when required.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and visual identity.
Stay updated on design trends and competitor visuals to help push creative boundaries.
