Requirements

Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
Relevant working experience (1–2 years) in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a similar industry preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
Possess a valid driving license (GDL or E class) with a good driving record.
Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory systems is an added advantage.
Willing to work outside of regular hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) when necessary, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process orders for packaging materials from boutiques or HQ: pick, pack, and deliver based on the assigned schedule.
Deliver merchandise securely between HQ and boutiques, or between boutiques, as directed by the Logistics Manager.
Maintain and care for company vehicles; ensure they are kept in good condition during and after deliveries.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; items must be stored safely, accurately counted, and handled according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Receive, process, and sort incoming shipments.
Assist with stock records, inventory tracking, and preparation of delivery orders as needed.
