Requirements

We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate team player to support our event setups from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the sales and design teams to prepare checklists, manage loading and help set up and dismantle wedding and party decorations. If you love transforming empty spaces into beautiful events — this job is for you!

Requirements:

SPM qualification or above
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin
Physically fit, energetic, and willing to work on your feet
Willing to work weekends, holidays and long hours during event peak
Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail
Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions
Able to multitask and perform under pressure
Good problem-solving skills
Bonus if you have experience in event setups or decoration work

Responsibilities

Join internal discussions with sales & design team to understand event flow and theme
Assist in preparing checklists, packing lists and loading schedules
Load, unload and arrange event items in an orderly, safe manner
Setup wedding or party decorations on-site (according to design brief)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space
Inspect and record equipment condition after use
Pack up and dismantle decorations and equipment after the event
Support logistics, inventory tracking and general event preparation work
Maintain cleanliness and stock order in warehouse/store
