Requirements

Language Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a related role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts at the same time.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Skills Required: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Responsibilities

Calculate and process monthly/quarterly sales commissions for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Perform debt collection activities, including contacting overdue customers, issuing reminders, and negotiating payment arrangements.
Verify, process, and track staff claims in a timely manner.
Manage credit reporting processes via CTOS or equivalent system, including performing credit checks, updating records, and following up on outstanding cases.
Prepare and process supplier/vendor payments, including issuing payment vouchers and bank transfers.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal SOPs, and company policies.
