Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) Ratio Reports.
Generate and analyze daily and monthly stock-out and inventory-related reports.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of products/services to international customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights; compile regular sales performance reports for management.
Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and procedures.
Distribute lead time delivery schedules to each sales window for efficient planning.
Proactively identify and implement solutions to reduce outstanding purchase orders.
Manage customer expectations, especially in pull-in/pull-out order scenarios, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maximize order intake from the sales office to support peak profitability.
Analyze transportation costs and incoming orders to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide market feedback on trends, customer preferences, and areas for strategic improvement in international sales.
Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset for effective communication in Mandarin-speaking markets.
