Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, demonstrating a commitment to safe driving practices.
Proficient in driving and navigation, with the ability to plan efficient routes and manage time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Capable of performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks and adhering to safety procedures to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition and operated safely.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with passengers and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated physical stamina to handle long hours of driving and any related physical tasks.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid traffic violations.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers, providing a comfortable and safe transportation experience.
Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently transport company personnel, clients, and/or materials to designated locations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including regular washing, interior cleaning, and ensuring timely servicing and repairs are carried out.
Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption, utilizing navigation tools and knowledge of local traffic patterns.
Perform daily vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and other critical components to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, submitting reports as required.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods or materials as needed, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
Communicate effectively with the office and passengers, providing updates on arrival times, delays, or any changes to the schedule.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing seatbelts, avoiding distractions while driving, and reporting any accidents or incidents immediately.
Perform miscellaneous errands as directed by the supervisor, such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, or running other ad-hoc tasks.
