Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification.
Must have prior experience as a Live Host.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable on camera.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers via walk-in, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Promote and share products with customers through Telegram and live streaming sessions.
Pack and arrange delivery of orders via courier or LaLaMove.
Assist customers in searching, booking, or making special requests for items (e.g., branded bags).
Provide friendly, helpful service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
