Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Multimedia, or related field.

* Proven experience (3–5+ years) in creative or design roles, preferably in advertising, marketing, or media.

* Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and design execution across multiple media.

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or web design is an advantage.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

* Strong conceptual and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage creative projects from concept to final execution.

* Develop and present design concepts, storyboards, and mood boards for campaigns.

* Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to produce integrated campaigns.

* Supervise and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and external vendors.

* Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and delivers strong visual impact.

* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for creative projects.

* Keep up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
