Requirements

Diploma in any field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a must to effectively communicate with the target audience.
Must not be shy on camera and possess a confident and engaging on-screen presence.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to attract and retain viewers during live streams.
Strong understanding of e-commerce sales principles and techniques, specifically within the Shopee and TikTok platforms.
Experience or knowledge of live streaming best practices, including content creation, audience interaction, and platform navigation.
Familiarity with social media marketing strategies to promote live streams and increase viewership.
High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) to understand and respond to audience needs and sentiments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations during live broadcasts (cognitive flexibility).
Proven ability to engage with customers and build rapport to foster a positive and interactive live stream environment.
Expertise in navigating and utilizing the features of both the Shopee and TikTok platforms for live streaming purposes.
Responsibilities

Host engaging and interactive live streams on TikTok and Shopee platforms to promote and sell products.
Utilize strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to connect with viewers and build a loyal customer base.
Demonstrate creativity and cognitive flexibility by adapting live stream content to real-time audience feedback and platform trends.
Employ e-commerce sales techniques and Shopee/TikTok platform expertise to drive sales and achieve targets during live sessions.
Engage with customers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product information in Bahasa Malaysia.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote live streams and attract new viewers to the TikTok and Shopee channels.
Analyze live stream performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future broadcasts for increased engagement and sales.
