Requirements

Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
Minimum 2 years experience in content creation is preferred
Strong aesthetics and content sense
Basic understanding of content marketing logic
Proficiency in Canva / CapCut / VN / PS / Premiere or similar tools is a plus
Strong time management & responsibility for meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Portfolio or samples of your work / social media account are highly preferred
Responsibilities

Plan and execute content for social media platforms (FB / IG / Xiaohongshu / TikTok etc.)
Produce short videos and visuals (filming, editing, graphic design)
Write engaging captions and copy that align with our brand tone
Work closely with the project manager, videographer and editor to deliver content as a team
Track content performance and optimize based on data
Stay updated with industry trends and pitch fresh content ideas
