Requirements

At least 1 years working experience in related field
Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
Able to communicate with Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (added advantage)
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experience with invoicing in accounting software (eg. SQL) will be prior advantage

Responsibilities

Assist in admin & accounting tasks
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform data entry
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time
