Requirements

Languages: Must be fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience is a strong advantage.
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Handle all daily communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
Perform administrative and personal tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
Be ready to accompany the Managing Director on abroad trips when required.
