1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description:

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, respectful, and supportive approach.
Manage checkout transactions by scanning items, calculating totals, and processing payments.
Address customer inquiries and resolve simple issues promptly and courteously.
Apply correct pricing and follow promotional guidelines during transactions.
Accept payments via cash, credit card, or other approved methods, ensuring correct change is given.
Count and reconcile the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Share product price information with customers when requested.
Adhere to established checkout procedures and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe counter area in line with hygiene standards.
Support other team members in daily operations when required.
