Requirements
Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates; no prior experience required.
Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn about restaurant management, customer service, and food and beverage operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational needs.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.
Willingness to perform various tasks within the restaurant, including but not limited to order taking, food preparation, and cleaning.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer transactions, handle cash, and manage payment methods accurately.
Restock and replenish food, beverage, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including assisting with food preparation, bussing tables, and cleaning duties.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, security, and employee conduct.
