SEP Electric Sd Bhd is electrical goods trading company dealing with local and overseas customers and suppliers. We are seeking a Logistic Executive who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for import, export and local shipments arrangement including preparation of shipping documentation and review of export declaration and import clearance documents submitted by forwarders
• Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movement and address any issues or delays proactively.
• To process customer’s purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
• To monitor purchase orders to supplier and delivery date.
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks which include but not limited to issuance of sales order / delivery order / invoice and preparation of packing label.
• To maintain proper filling for all records for ease of retrieval.
• Assist and support directors in other ad hoc tasks whenever is required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience in the related field especially in logistics arrangement.
• Able to work independently without supervision and responsible.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Malay.
• Computer-literate, familiar with Microsoft Office
