Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or a
related field.
Speak English and Malay
At least 1-3 years of accounting and human resources related work experience.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Job responsibilities
Handle overall accounting and prepare monthly financial reports
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the
integrity of financial records
Assist the inventory control system in inventory costing and ensure a sound
documentation system
Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions
Perform temporary tasks related to the scope of work requested by the Superintendent
Handle credit control matters and follow up on customer payments
Process vendor payments and prepare payment vouchers
