Qualifications

Role: Team Leader - Customer Service Agents

Supporting Taiwan Market (Traditional Mandarin must be STRONG)

Based in Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras

Work From Home opportunity will be available after 3 months of probation subject to performance of the team.

Rotational Working hour 7am-11pm (Earliest Shift is 7am, Latest shift will end at 11pm)

Mon-Sun (2 days rotational off days)

Remuneration Package: MYR 5700 fixed monthly

Job responsibilities

Omni channel: Live Chat, Outbound call, email

1 year and above Team Lead experience (should have handled a team of 8+ team members)

Education requirement: Diploma and above. If have good team leading experience can accept SPM

Language Requirement: Must be able to speak, read and write in traditional mandarin.
