Requirements

-Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
-Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
-Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain company standards.
-Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed in compliance with health regulations.
-Coordinate with the central kitchen and outlets to ensure consistent ingredient supply and menu alignment.
-Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff; evaluate performance and provide guidance.
-Manage inventory control, track ingredient usage, and minimize waste.
-Collaborate on menu development, suggesting new dishes or improvements.
-Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly maintained and report repair needs promptly.
-Oversee cost control and operational efficiency to achieve company profitability goals.
-Foster a positive, disciplined, and collaborative team culture by leading through example.
