任职资格
-Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade,
or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support etc.
-Familiarity with import/export processes, pump, or industrial products sector is an
advantage.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented mindset.

岗位职责
-Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
-Support the sales team by following up with customers on orders, deliveries, and
payments.
-Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate
order fulfilment.
-Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and product catalogues in the system.
-Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, trading terms, and import/export
documentation requirements.
-Provide administrative support for sales events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
