Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Sales Impact
-Be the Face of the Brand: Warmly greet and welcome every guest, manage reservation flow, and swiftly seat diners to ensure a smooth start to their experience.
-Wagyu Experts: Learn and effectively communicate our menu, expertly taking food and beverage orders with a focus on our signature Japanese Wagyu cuts.
-Drive Satisfaction: Proactively check on guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Operational Excellence & Skill Development
-Full-Cycle Service: Efficiently deliver food and beverages and promptly clear tables to maintain a clean, high-standard dining environment.
-Barista/Beverage Skills: Assist in preparing drinks and maintaining the bar area. Full training will be provided-this is a chance to add a valuable skill to your resume.
