Requirements
1. Qualification: SPM or equivalent
2. Experience: No experience required as training will be provided.
3. Skills:
-Able toperform tasks that require standing/moving in fast pace for at least up to 8 hours.
-Able to lift, balance and deliver food & beverage in a timely manner.
-Able to speak and listen attentively to customer request.
-Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
-Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities
-Perform cleanliness and orderliness activities during operation hour.
(glass/door/windows/floor/table/chair/etc).
-Serving customer politely, attend to any reasonable customer request.
-Report customer comment/complain to superior promptly.
-To perform up sales to customer and achieving monthly sales target.
-Assist in lifting/moving items.
-Assist in other stations if situation warrants including br and kitchen operation.
-Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.

Role Purpose
-To perform customer service to increase sales.
-To understand and achieve monthly sales target set by company.
-To ensure outlet in order before, during and after operation hour.
-To ensure that our guests receive prompt, friendly and personalized service.
-Follow up on every instruction given by immediate superior.
-To prepare beverage according to formula to the highest standard.
