任职资格
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Business or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of expenrience in brand or marketing management (experience in petindustry preferred)
Strong communication, analytical and creative thinking skills.
Passion for pets and the pet care industry

岗位职责
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and marketpositioning.
Manage the overall brand image and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute annual marketing plans, budgets and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pet industry.
Work closely with the product development team on product launches, packaging design and pricing strategy.
Monitor product performance and purpose marketing actions to drive sales.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline) including pet fairs , sponsorships and events.
Collaborate with sales and e-commerce team to create promotional activities that increase sales and brand exposure.
Manage Social Media content and digital marketing activities to engage pet owners and retailers
Build strong relationships with suppliers,distributors media partners and influencers Coordinate with creative and advertising agencies for marketing materials and brand communications.
Track and analyze campaign results, ROI and consumer feedback.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management review
Prepare monthly product order and forecast
