Requirements

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for every client at LEZONE Signature.

-Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of LEZONE Signature's offerings, including materials, sizing, and styling options, to effectively assist customers.
-Assist in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards to reflect LEZONE Signature's brand image and create an appealing shopping environment.
-Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns or exchanges efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Support inventory management activities, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and participating in regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
-Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions, handling cash, and managing customer data in compliance with company policies.
