Responsibilities
-Oversee the daily operation, ensure the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
-Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
-Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage all outlet staff.
-Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
-Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints.
-Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
-Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant department in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
