Job responsibilities

-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

-Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

-Lead field visits to monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

-Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with partners and clients.

-Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and successful campaign execution.

-Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance performance and efficiency.

-Monitor sales KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and market practices.

Job requirements

-Applicants are required to possess, at minimum, a Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on sales or retail management.

-At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing major account/ customer from FMCG industry (Modern Trade & and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience in modern trade, petrol kiosk and CVS operations and category development is an advantage.

-Pleasant personality with good communication skills.

-Must be able to travel interstate to meet customers.
