Requirements
-Great written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
-Candidates MUST fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Competence in using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Preferably Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator in Retail industry or similar role.
-Candidate must be willing to work at Kampung Baru, Sungai Buloh.
-Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities
-Assist in price negotiation with suppliers - Work directly with suppliers to gather and negotiate price lists, compare offers for shipping rates and product prices.
-Manage Purchase Orders - Completing and maintaining all purchase orders.
-Oversee shipping schedules - Follow up and through all incoming shipments.
-Maintain purchase record - Maintain detailed paper or computerized records of purchases, including quantities ordered and received, shipping information, and costs associated with the purchase as well as updating the record.
