Requirements
-Possess a Diploma in any field.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
-Familiarity with inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
-Ability to perform stock taking and replenishment activities accurately.
-Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Willingness to work full-time independently.
-Experience in inventory control systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities
-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery notes.
-Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and the company's inventory management system.
-Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
-Replenish shelves and displays with stock, ensuring products are properly arranged and labeled.
-Monitor stock levels and proactively identify items that need reordering to prevent stockouts.
-Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize losses and damages.
-Prepare and process stock requisitions for internal departments.
-Assist in the disposal of damaged or obsolete stock according to company procedures.
-Provide support to the store team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
