Qualifications
-Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
-Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required
-Strong spoken and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws

Job responsibilities
-To prepare Company's Handbook.
-Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities inclusing computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deduction, advance payments and others.
-Maintaining employee's personal files & update employees' information timely
-Handle HR administrative matters. (Eg: Appoinment Letter, Memo, Evaluation Form, Disciplinary Letter, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter)
-Manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
-Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
-Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
-Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
-Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager when necessary.
