Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
-Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to start a career in retail.
-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
-Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
-Exhibit strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English to effectively interact
-Working hours: 6 days/week and required to work on Saturday, Sunday and holiday.
-Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications.
-Malaysian only & Possess own transport

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and offering product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
-Being responsible for processing cash/eWallet payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by arranging displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring product freshness
-Display bakery items and products on shelves and counters to attract customers
-Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, including assisting with stocktaking, inventory management, and daily store operations.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations to the supervisor when necessary
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and cash handling protocols
-Answering the telephone courteously
