Job Description

Requirements
-Minimum SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position.
-Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
-Ability to manage outlet operations, including daily operations, inventory control, and outlet security.
-Experience or willingness to learn product display and merchandising techniques to enhance the store's visual appeal.
-Capable of performing stock counts and tracking inventory accurately.
-Familiarity with processing customer refunds and returns in accordance with company policies.
-Willingness to work in Setapak, Setia Alam, Kota Damansara, or Puchong as required.
-Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to team management efforts.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising.
-Process customer transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and exchanges, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, tracking stock movements, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and pricing new merchandise shipments.
-Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and providing product recommendations to customers.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, loss prevention, and safety.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex situations to the store manager when necessary.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions.
-Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
