Requirements
-Assist in daily store operations, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
-Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent stocktaking and data entry.
-Implement and adhere to inventory management procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
-Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
-Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and order fulfillment.
-Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with colleagues and customers.
-Support the sales team by preparing orders and managing stock levels to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities
-Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
-Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system, updating stock levels and locations as needed.
-Conduct regular stocktaking and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies, investigating and resolving any issues promptly.
-Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling items according to company procedures and customer requirements.
-Monitor stock levels and proactively identify items that are low in stock or approaching expiration dates, communicating this information to the appropriate personnel for replenishment.
-Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
-Assist with the disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory, following company guidelines and environmental regulations.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure smooth and efficient inventory flow and order fulfillment.
