-Familiar with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Job responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
-Return & Refund Case Management: Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok).
-Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.
-Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct sales forecasting and prepare restock lists to ensure optimal inventory level.
-Data Analysis: Analyse e-commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
-Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including video creation to enhance engagement. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing strategies.
-Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement changes to enhance overall operations.
-Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
