Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
-Demonstrate fluency in Traditional Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and technical support in a timely and efficient manner.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
-Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to prevent negative experiences.
-Translate documents and communications between English and Mandarin to ensure clear and accurate information dissemination.
