Qualifications

Working Experience:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful online sales channels.
2. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
3. Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM tools, and payment gateway integrations.

Job responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
2. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies to improve ROI.

4. Enhance the online shopping experience by improving navigation, checkout processes, and overall usability.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
