Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales
-Conduct consultative selling, including eye care product education and product recommendations.
-Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) when necessary.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eyewear products, contact lenses, and promotions.
-Explain features, benefits, and usage of optical products confidently.

3. Store Operations & Compliance
-Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments accurately and issuing receipts.
-Support daily stock checks, replenishment, and reporting of discrepancies.
-Follow SOPs on store opening/closing, hygiene, safety, and cash handling.

4. Teamwork & Communication
-Participate in daily briefings and align with the store team on sales targets and promotions.
-Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Communicate effectively with the PIC regarding issues, customer feedback, or operational challenges.
-Uphold a positive and respectful team culture.
