Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
-Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
-Manage the front desk and ensure the sales gallery is well-presented and welcoming to visitors.
-Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
-Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure operational efficiency.
-Support the management, marketing and sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
-Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers when required.
