Key Responsibilities

-Provide real-time support via live chat for payment, deposit, and top-up inquiries.

-Provide professional product information and after-sales support.

-Record and follow up on customer feedback or complaints promptly.

-Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance) to resolve customer issues.

-Maintain accurate customer information and communication records.

-Support the supervisor with other customer service-related duties as assigned.


Requirements

-SPM or above qualification, or at least 1 year of related working experience.

-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

-Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.

-Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel — knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Excel certification will be an added advantage.

-Experience in cloud customer service, front desk, or administrative roles will be an added advantage.

Salary & Work Arrangement

Working Hours: Rotational shifts weekly

-Morning Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM

-Evening Shift: 5 PM – 12 AM (Work from home)

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000
Work Location: Maluri, KL (Near MRT KAJANG LINE, 5minutes walk)
