Job Description

Requirements
-Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets for noodle and food products (yellow noodles, koay teow, laksa, tofu, wantan, pan mee, efu noodle, and yee mee).
-Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential export markets, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities in international trade.
-Manage and expand the company's export customer base through effective customer relationship management, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with international clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
-Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation, including sales reports, shipping documents, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
-Utilize strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with international clients, distributors, and internal teams.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the export sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment focused on achieving export sales objectives.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in international markets.
-Identify and evaluate potential export markets, conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
-Manage and nurture relationships with existing international customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
-Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
-Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and trade laws.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international customers, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
