Requirements
-Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Willingness to learn about the travel and tourism industry, specifically Halal Tourism in Europe.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential clients.
-Must be willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B tourism sector, focusing on Halal tourism in Europe.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase NIKI Global Incoming's offerings and value proposition.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
-Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
-Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
